Skill Day.

Practice Double Unders for 10 minutes.
Double Unders(DU) are done with a jumprope. The rope passes under your feet 2 times on a DU instead of just once like a regular jump rope jump.

Practice Handstands for 10 minutes. Use a wall or do them freestanding.
